Ans. Yes you must do your health check up before traveling to East Africa and always full fill the the WHO's and country's health's protocols before traveling especially on Yellow Fever, covid-19 etc.

Q4. Do I need a single Visa or multiple visa to East Africa?

Ans. You need an individual visa to each country except when you visit Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda only a single Visa will be used to visit those countries but a Tanzanian Visa to visit Tanzania.

Ans. You can apply online through the country official website.

Q7. How do I make a payment?

Ans. Payment can be made online through the online payment channels after receiving the invoice or after you have selected your tour from the site. Another option is through bank using TT transfer direct to Routes Kilimanjaro Adventures bank account and not otherwise or third party.

Q8. What if the tour is cancelled?

Ans. If the tour is cancelled you will be refunded according to the Terms and Conditions.

Q9. Can I get the tour guide of my own language?

Ans. Yes we have guides speaking English, Chinese, French, German, Kiswahili, Spanish etc.
